Cambodia Tea Time

Cambodia Tea Time opened in November 2006.
The shop offers a carefully selected selection of souvenirs, focusing on the traditional Cambodian sweet Nom Thom Moong and other local products.
At the open cafe, you can enjoy cold Cambodian tea and freshly baked Nom Tom Moong, and there is also a free experience of making traditional sweets.
The shop is staffed by local staff who attend local Japanese language schools, as well as Japanese staff who will provide you with courteous and friendly service.
The basic philosophy of this shop is to make tourists who visit say, "I'm glad I came here!", and this is also the idea of the Japanese owner, a baby boomer who wants to "be of use to Cambodia." Surrounded by greenery and enjoying a relaxing atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, "relaxing time and human interaction" may allow you to experience a different side of traveling in Cambodia.
The photo exhibition by Hideki Fujii, one of Japan's leading photographers, is also worth seeing. It is located along the road to Angkor Wat.

Nom Thong Mung

This candy is known to all Cambodians. However, due to its fragile nature and hygiene issues, it was previously unsuitable as a souvenir. However, these issues have been overcome by carefully selecting ingredients and meticulous packaging. Each piece is individually wrapped, making it the perfect souvenir to distribute to a large group of people at work or elsewhere.
It's like a thin, cylindrical cookie, with a refined taste that's not too sweet.
If you go to the store you can grill it yourself, which is sure to be a great memory of your trip.
Currently, Nom Tom Moon is sold at the flagship store, Old Market, Siem Reap Airport Duty Free Shop, and Phnom Penh Airport Duty Free Shop.
They plan to continue adding Cambodian specialty products to their product lineup, so keep an eye out.
